Listed below are the eligibility requirements and some additional eligibility items that must be met to qualify for the SEED Scholarship.
Student must graduate from a public or non-public Delaware high school beginning in 2006.
Student must meet the residency requirements of the enrolling Institution (either DTCC or UD).
Student must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4-point scale or 80% on a 100-point scale as indicated on the student's official high school transcript.
Student must satisfy the admission standards of the enrolling Institution (either DTCC or UD).
Student must not have been convicted of any felonies.
Student must enroll in either DTCC or the AA Program at UD no later than the fall immediately following graduation in college-bearing courses.
